Hiring a realtor who has litter experience is selling condominiums
Not interviewing more than one real estate agent for their listing
Not propetly staging your residence for sale: failing remove unnecessary clutter and accessories from the residence
Not spending money for minors repair and a little painting to give the residence a fresh look
Not cleaning rugs and floors that are stained or over waxed
Make sure the common areas near your unit don't have any defects that need be addressed by the association
Failing to provided the realtor with a copy of the master deed, rules and regulations and notices that the buyer need in order to make a buying decison
Failing to provide the buyer with a list of additonal fee's required for activities and services in the building
Not providing the realtor with a copy of the condominium financial statement for buyer review
Failing to inform the buyer of any ongoing lawsuits against the condominium community
Failing to disclose any known uncoming specials assessment to the realtor and buyer
Get a property inspection done and repair any major defects
Setting and unrealistic price for the residence wasting time and turnig of potental buyers
Failing to negoiatate with a serious buyer
Failing to make clear items suchas, lights and appliances that the seller does not want as part of real estate transaction
